Terms And Conditions

Cancellations

Because your custom order is built to your exact specifications all Custom, Standard, Heavy Duty and PVC Fabric building orders can not be cancelled. Please carefully review all specifics regarding your building: size, color and fabric grade prior to submitting.


Pricing

Shelterlogic.com product prices are for USA residents only. Product prices does not include shipping, international tariffs, duties, VAT or other fees.


Delivery

Upon delivery of your ShelterLogic building, carefully inspect all packages. Make note of any missing or damaged packages on the official delivery document that you sign. Be sure to contact ShelterLogic Customer Service at 800-932-9344 immediately if you note anything missing or damaged.

 

 

Shipping

On arrival, inspect the shipment immediately for obvious signs of damage. Should you determine that any items are damaged or missing, you MUST note the item, the discrepancy, and the condition before you sign it! Notice of loss or damage should be provided to the freight carrier & Shelterlogic within five (5) business days from the date of delivery. You should open cartons and containers. If there is the slightest doubt that the merchandise is damaged (concealed or not) it must be noted on the Freight Bill and/or Proof of Delivery.

Missing or Defective Parts

ShelterLogic will gladly supply the part at no charge to the customer within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing part and any related shipping cost. Please inspect all packages received with your order. Match all content to the parts list included with each ShelterLogic building. Even if you do not plan to install the unit right away take a few minutes to confirm your order and ensure all parts are included and in good condition. Call our toll free customer support number within the 30 day period and report any missing or damaged parts. This will allow us to quickly correct your order prior to installation.


Product Returns

To return an order, please call ShelterLogic Customer Support at 800-932-9344 to attain a Return Authorization number (RA). Unfortunately we can not accept or credit any returned product without an RA number. Please note that all freight charges will the responsibility of the customer and return freight must be prepaid. Returned products must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. If the product is returned in unsellable condition, ShelterLogic will not issue a refund. Orders containing Standard, Heavy Duty PE or PVC Fabric may not be returned.
