What's the pole circumference and what base would you recommend to go with this Quick Shade Umbrella?

Thank you for your question. The Umbrella Model #: 162693DS has a Rib Tubing Diameter of 1.5" (in). We recommend using a table with an umbrella attachment. Without the added support of a table, to support a freestanding umbrella, we recommend a 40-pound base for a freestanding, center pole umbrella. Wind resistant? If so up to what speed of wind is maximum? (Would like to leave up overnight now & then)
