Questions & Answers
I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with your Customer Svc Rep. The "lift the handles" advice is very bad, since the handles point down, not up, when the chair is collapsed. I would LOVE to see a video of the guy who designed the chair collapsing it.

Can you not provide a video of a correct way to fold the Hard arm quad chair or make the carrying bag a little larger? Love the sturdiness for us big folk. Other than the takedown it's a awesome chair.

Cannot close the rio delux quad chair and and unable to find any help with google search. Did find reviews saying it is almost impossible to fold.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty closing up the Quad chair. The way to close up the chair is by pushing up the arms, then it folds up like a quad chair. Yes, it will be somewhat tight, but the process will very much be the same to close it up.
