If your order requires manufacturing, please allow approximately 1 week for production before shipping. (Lead times are subject to change.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Are all products shipped for free?
Not all products qualify for free shipping. If an item is eligible for free shipping, you will see a “Free Shipping” badge displayed on the product page.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to certain locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland/Labrador. For these areas, a flat-rate shipping surcharge will be applied at checkout based on the total weight of your shipment. Refer to the table below for detailed pricing information.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via small parcel (Fed Ex ground) or by a freight company depending on the weight and size of the boxes. You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking number and shipping carrier. All small parcel shipments will be delivered with no signature required to the address provided.
What happens if my order must ship with a freight carrier?
Most LTL shipments are delivered curbside to the end of your driveway. A liftgate will be used whenever possible to remove the boxes from the truck. In the event the boxes or pallets are too long to utilize the lift-gate, arrangements will need to be made for offloading. If you need to make special arrangements for delivery, special services may be available for an additional cost. Please call us at +1(800)932-9344 so we can better assist you.
The shipper will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If the carrier cannot reach you at the contact phone number provided, a decision will be made to deliver your shipment without an appointment and signature or have it returned to us to avoid storage fees.

What should I do if boxes appear to be missing or damaged at delivery?
Upon delivery of your ShelterLogic order, carefully inspect all packages. Please make note of any missing or damaged packages on the official delivery document that you sign. If boxes are damaged, please take photos upon delivery. Be sure to contact our customer service team immediately if you note anything missing or damaged.
Please note: Some items may be shipped in multiple boxes and from different warehouses.

How long do I have to return my order?
Orders that were purchased from Shelterlogic direct can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in resellable condition. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return. To return an order, please call Customer Service or email us at care@shelterlogic.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). This number will need to be added to the shipping label or box to identify your return.
Can all products be returned?
Products that are manufactured to order are not eligible for return. This includes any/all of our custom buildings (ShelterTech®, ShelterCoat®, ShelterTube®, Heavy Duty and Ultra duty replacement covers, and STEELPEAK™ carports). Most of these items are specially manufactured based on the customers specifications and made per order. Please carefully review all specifics regarding your building: size, color and fabric grade prior to submitting your order. In the event we make an exception and allow a return, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. If the product is returned in unsellable condition, ShelterLogic will not issue a refund.
Will you send me a return label?
In the event we ship the wrong item, we will issue a call tag to pick up the item free of charge or email you a return label. We will reship the correct item, unless a refund is preferred.
If the correct item is shipped and received, all freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer and return freight must be prepaid. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.
What happens if I decide to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
