Strong and secure
I Installed these last week. They are easy to install and very secure. Shelter logic initially sent a set that did not include the clamps. I contacted them and they sent a new set right away. Excellent customer service.

Works great in Rocky or regular soil.
I have used these for a few years now. They hold the tension especially in spring when the ground thaws and soil is very wet.

Must have if there is a rock in your yard!
These are amazing - easy to use, a must-have if you are anchoring a shelter anywhere other than soft loam. We live on one of the Rocky Mountains (Colorado) and the auger type anchors were never going to work. These took some effort to get in (and at least a 3lb hammer) but perform wonderfully. Well engineered and worth the cost! Silly to put a plastic cap on the driving rod, breaks with the first hammer swing, otherwise solid product.

Great product - easy to install
Was looking for a solution to fasten a plastic 8x10 storage shed to the ground. This did the trick! Easy to install. Once these anchors are in the ground, you cannot easily get them out.

Questions & Answers
I live in an area with very rocky soil. Will this anchoring system work with a Dakota 10x14 shed? And if so, how does it attach to the shed? Thank you.
Hello,
The Anchor you seek is the Arrow's Ground/Earth Auger Anchor Kit which is designed to anchor your Arrow shed deep into the ground and secure it tightly. The model number is AK4.

Would these be appropriate to use to anchor down a swingset? We want to secure the 2x4 that runs along the bottom of the "A-Frame" to the ground for added protection. Thank you!
Hello,
We cannot recommend our anchors for anything other than our products.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,
These EasyHook anchors are normally used in Rocky or asphalt. We would suggest checking with your local hardware store for anchors for cement.

For installing in asphalt it's recommended to drill a hole first. What size hole is needed to be drilled in the asphalt before you using the driving rod and hammer/mallet to install the hook?
Hello,
The anchor “hook” is 1.75” at the widest point, so I would say a Ø1.75” hole should work.
Thank you

What size drill is needed for the pilot hole in asphalt?
Hello,
The Easyhook anchors include the driving rod for these. You would just need a mallet or hammer to use with it.
Thank you
