Hello, Does this model come with a floor unit as shown in the photo? Or would I have to purchase it separately?
Hello, This product does not come with a floor. Unfortunately we do not have a floor frame kit available for this size. We would recommend building a plywood base for this shed. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Thank you

Hello, I would like to know if the 8 x 3 Garden Shed MODEL #GS83-C is waterproof and resistant to water, snow, and insect entry. Can you manage to fit a 8' x 4' x 3/4" thick sheet of plywood in this shed if you stand the sheet up a little bit? Thanks.
Hi Fred, Model GS83-C is not completely waterproof or insect proof. The wall and roof panels have raised ribs for airflow purposes. If properly assembled the unit should not leak however if you experience a blowing rain it is possible rain would get in. The plywood would have to be installed prior to installation of the walls because the door opening is only 50.25 inches wide x 59.75 inches tall.
