Rated 5 out of 5 by from New shop, New Business I bought this a few months ago and final gathered several friends to help put it up. It took about 3 hours to put it all up. I purchased it to use as my shop for custom metal fabrication. The only drawbacks is that I wish the rear had zipper closures to help with ventilation or able to add zippered windows on the sides. I have a smaller one that I wish also had better ventilation. Other than that I'm loving it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very strong We got this for our dog daycare and it recently stood up to a snowstorm and 50 mph winds. Great product and shelter for people and dogs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Buy I'm only 14 months into ownership, but am happy with the durability of this 12 x 20 x 8 unit. Some wind gust have reached 70 mph, some hail in storms. So far we have not seen much snow. ... so can't say anything about that.

I'm looking for something in the 20 wide, 40 long and 14 high range. My question is how is it anchored? Your site says concrete piers are all you need but it must still need to be well anchored for the wind. Also how many for a 40 ft shelter?

Asked by: Dave Z
Hi Dave, We do offer a shelter in the size you are inquiring about. When anchoring it into a concrete pier you will use two concrete lags on the interior legs and one on the corner legs and these lags are sufficient enough to hold it down. This is the ideal anchoring method to help get the building to withstand that wind and snow rating. Pricing for the shelter will vary depending on shape and grade of material chosen. One of our representatives will be sending you an email by the end of day today with more information. Thank you

Do you have a cover that will stand up to the Arizona sun in the summer? I have a 20'x12' tent now. The sun has pretty much tore it up in just under a year. I have replacement cover, but I don't expect it to last more than another year.

Asked by: medic501
Hi, If you currently own a garage style shelter we do offer Heavy-Duty and Ultra-Duty cover which do hold up to the elements a lot longer. I would suggest you please give us a call with the "re-order part number" located on the inside of your current cover that way we can identify exactly which unit you have and then review your options. We are available 7 days a week at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you
