Is there a Snow rating for accumulation on this structure?

12x24 Is this shed uv resistant how long do they last in the sun? what steps can be made to maby get 20 years out of this shed

Hello, Since this is metal the sunlight will not affect the panels. It may fade the paint finish. We do advise to keep the unit free from debris (tree limbs; leaves; etc). What is the maximum wind speed for this structure

Hello, Because this product is not an engineered building, they CAN NOT be wind rated. Anchoring the shelter securely is critical to wind resistance. However, we do offer custom Engineered Structures that carry a wind rating when properly anchored. Is this built Miami Dade country hurricane rated? Or do you offer a kit to make it hurricane rated ?

Hi, this is probably a stupid question but it's difficult to tell for sure from the website. Is the width or depth of the building the side the roll-up door is on? For example, for the 12x24 building, is the garage door on the 12' side or the 24' side?

Purchased VT1217-A. Looking for sky light kit, ridge style or 1/2 panel style to let in natural light? Does Arrow make / offer a gutter kit? What size concrete pad is needed to have 4" concrete edge around the shed? Max outside dimension of shed? drawing?

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of skylights for our sheds nor do we have a gutter kit available. If you would like to add an extra 4" to the edge of your base you will need to pour a concrete foundation measuring 145 1/8"W x 202"D. The 12' x 17' are the outer dimensions. Hello, The flooring type used will vary depending on base type and application. These sheds do not include a floor because of all of the possibilities available.
