The safety of our consumers is very important to us. RIO, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is conducting a recall to provide updated assembly and safety instructions for certain models of our Swinging Hammock Chair sold at various retailers in the United States. These warnings are intended to address reports that improper insertion of the provided pins during chair assembly can cause the chairs to collapse, posing an injury hazard to users.
