What do we use your information for?

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Submission Terms

By sending an #agreeSLG response or otherwise conveying your agreement to these Submission Terms, you hereby agree that ShelterLogic Group, Inc. may use your social media post or other applicable content (“Content”) as contemplated in these Submission Terms.

You continue to own the Content that you submit, however you are giving ShelterLogic Group, Inc. and certain related parties a license to use the Content.

More specifically, you hereby irrevocably grant ShelterLogic Group, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively referred to herein, solely for ease of reference, as “SLG”) a worldwide, royalty-free right and license to share, comment on, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform and otherwise use the Content in any and all media channels and accounts owned or controlled by SLG now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, on any blog, website, social media channel/account or mobile application owned or controlled by SLG in perpetuity.  As used herein, the term “Content” shall include your name, voice, likeness, location or other personal characteristics as they appear in the Content.

In some instances, SLG may elect to broaden the usage rights granted above.  Under those circumstances, you hereby irrevocably grant SLG a worldwide, royalty-free right and license to copy, publish, adapt, distribute, edit, modify, create derivative works from, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform and otherwise use the Content, in whole or in part, in combination with any other materials and for any and all purposes, in any and all languages and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, with or without attribution to you.

You agree not to institute any action on the ground that any changes, deletions, additions, or other uses of the Content violate such rights.
