ShelterLogic.com product prices are for U.S. residents only. Product prices do not include shipping, international tariffs, duties, VAT or other fees. Pricing on ShelterLogic, Quik Shade, and Arrow Storage Products may vary depending on the retailer or dealer, and ShelterLogic.com prices are non-negotiable and are not eligible for price-matching.
Upon delivery of your ShelterLogic building, carefully inspect all packages. Make note of any missing or damaged packages on the official delivery document that you sign. Be sure to contact our Customer Service department immediately if you note anything missing or damaged.
Please note: Some items may be shipped in multiple boxes.
Missing or Defective Parts
ShelterLogic will gladly supply any missing or defective parts at no additional charge to the customer within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day period the customer will be responsible for the cost of the missing part and any related shipping cost.
Once you have received your ShelterLogic order, please be sure to inspect all packages and verify no parts are missing or defective. Match all contents within your boxes to the parts list included with your ShelterLogic order. Please note that some products are shipped in multiple boxes, so be sure to check all packages.
In the event you do not plan to assemble and install the unit immediately upon receiving your order, we recommend you take a few minutes to confirm your order and ensure all parts have been shipped and are in good condition.
For missing or damaged parts noted within the 30 day post purchase period, please call our Customer Support number at 1-800-560-8383. Our customer support team will work to quickly correct your order.
Please note that “Open Box/Scratch and Dent” items come with an as is/out of box warranty and that all other factory warranties on such items are voided. Open Box items containing any missing or defective parts will be shipped at no additional expense to the customer if notified within 30 days from the date of purchase.
ShelterLogic is only able to accommodate cancelled orders that have not yet been shipped to the customer and have not yet left one of our warehouses. In the event you wish to cancel your ShelterLogic order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Cancellation Exceptions: Any/all of our custom buildings (ShelterTech, ShelterTech High Tunnel Greenhouses, AccelaFrame, ShelterCoat) are not eligible for cancellations or returns. Custom buildings are specially manufactured based on the clients’ specifications and each building is made to order. Please carefully review all specifics regarding your building: size, color and fabric grade prior to submitting your order.
Orders can be returned to ShelterLogic within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days items are not eligible for returns. To return an order, please call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). Unfortunately, we do not accept or credit any returned product without an RA number.
Please note that all freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer and return freight must be prepaid. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. If the product is returned in unsellable condition, ShelterLogic will not issue a refund.
Product Return Exceptions: Custom building orders (ShelterTech, ShelterTech High Tunnel Greenhouses, AccelaFrame, and ShelterCoat) containing Standard, Heavy Duty, Ultra Duty PE or PVC Fabric may not be returned. In the event of an exception, there will be a 30% restocking/manufacturing fee on any custom or manufactured product applied to the refund amount.
Items with an “Open Box” label, or purchased through the Open Box section of our website are not returnable, non-refundable. These items are sold “as is” and are sold with an out of the box, as is, warranty. All other factory warranties are voided. Customers who receive Open Box items with missing or damaged parts should contact our Customer Service department within 30 days upon receiving their order. Any missing or damaged parts on Open Box items will be shipped at no expense to the customer if within the 30 grace day period.
